I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!
Iβve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, Iβve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. Iβve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.
Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.

My phone was not connecting to the Twigby mobile network. Robin helped me via Chat. She quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem as an old SIM card, was able to get my phone connecting again and sent me a replacement SIM card. Some people might be reluctant to use a mobile network provider who doesn't have physical stores to go to but with Robin's excellent help using the Chat app on the Twigby website, I didn't need to go to a physical store and it was much faster than if I had to go to a store. Since Robin provided excellent tech support and solved my problem, I can enthusiastically recommend Twigby!

Twigby's customer service is beyond compare. Truly the best experience I've ever had with any mobile carrier! You should use this company unless you have a good reason to be with someone with a physical store. I could not care less they don't have one because their chat has always been GREAT!
