Truline are a delivery company who…

Truline are a delivery company who deliver for office supply companies the day drivers start a 6am and finish at 2pm with the option of overtime after this time all drivers are courteous and professional every single parcel thar goes out is scanned onto the vehicle if the driver arrives at your premises and your not in this is classed as a customer closed a surname is always requested on delivery so that it can be traced back to the receiver,all vehicles are tracked however no specific time for delivery will be given if your postcode and details are correct a delivery will be made.

Surprisingly good!

After making a purchase from Euroffice and finding out it was going to be delivered by Truline (who I hadn't heard of), I was dismayed to read the reviews. However, our parcel arrived safely about mid day, driver was polite and efficient. I would have rated 5 star but feel perhaps an approximate time of delivery would be helpful, on a par with other delivery services. Thank you.

Undelivered parcel

Had a card posted through letterbox indicating missed delivery. I have been home all day and confirm NO one knocked my door. According to amazon tracking my package was due to be delivered on Saturday. Have emailed truline but not been acknowledged yet. Tracking number 2211207

Have been waiting since 28 th December…

Have been waiting since 28 th December (now 13th January) for a parcel being delivered by truline. First attempt was apparently the ‘wrong address’ yet the pod showed him at the correct location. Next attempt ‘vehicle breakdown’ 3rd attempt ‘wrong address’ again pod showed he was around 15 miles away from where he should have been 4th attempt ‘wrong address’ again this time pod was around 30 miles from where he should have been. We have a courier collection (Dhl) every week day and have numerous other courier companies who collect and deliver to us and never has it been like this never have they not been able to find us. This company is a joke if you want your parcel nearly a month later use them if not use someone with good delivery skills. Not hard really is it truline!

I paid for express delivery .the drive…

I paid for express delivery .the drive turned up on Monday 14th Nov but would not leave my parcel as we were not in.people actually work.they refused to leave in a safe place yet all other delivery companies will leave in the same place.i informed the people I ordered from and they apologised and said it was out now for delivery on Tuesday.yet again no delivery .apparently the driver ran out of time.what a joke.so the people I ordered from tracked it again and said it would come on Wednesday. The driver turned up and again refused to leave in a safe place.when I arrived home there were two other parcels waiting for me in a safe place but not the one from truline delivery company.ive now asked the company I ordered from to refund my money due to the inability of there delivery company truline to actually deliver.sorry but not fit for purpose.

I had loads of arguments with trueline…

I had loads of arguments with trueline employees when they left my 72 year old mums house I said I bet they did something on purpose to the kitchen well turns out after 6 months of putting up with bad smells it turns out are sink pipes were not glued together so all the sink water was building up grime under the sink this has affected mine and my mums mental health the weight my poor mother has lost over the bad smell and there attitude were just as bad

Dangerous drivers would not use their courier service

Would not recommend anyone or business to use this company. Extremely dangerous drivers. In a school road where limit in 20mph, 15:15pm children are leaving the school and a TruLine van is speeding across the road where there are speed bump. The van is flying at 35-40mph on a narrow road with children around. I am sitting in my car stationary in a narrow road where there are cars parked in both side of the road and the air pressure due to the van going at illegal speed shakes up my whole car

Thieving Gits

Thieving Gits We use Euroffice for all our stationary needs and they do a free gift each week of either chocolates or cans of coke. More often than not these freebies do not turn up as I suspect the drivers are helping themselves. We had one package of what should have been a box of 71 bars of chocolate turn up with only 12 left in it. Other items have been physically scanned into their own system and still not arrived ?? Do yourself a favour and use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL anybody but these amateurs !!

Dreadful performance by this courier

Truline is a courier used by Euroffice. Apart from delivery failures, Euroffice have a good reputation. However they used Truline to deliver my printer ink. On the first time, Truline failed to find the house, which receives deliveries from other couriers every week. Second time they wrote "Customer Closed" but it's a private residence and we had no idea what day, let alone time, they were coming. The Euroffice Trustpilot review has other comments saying that Truline state "Customer Closed" for a private residence. This is a poor quality courier damaging my way of life as well as the reputation of a good company.

If the drivers that are the face of…

If the drivers that are the face of this company cannot drive with due care and attention for other road users as simple as stopping at a red light or indicating and using their mirrors I wouldn’t even entertain this business to deliver orange peel never mind a parcel. I’ve tried to contact them by phone but no answer after 5 times of trying.

Truline attended to drop off an…

Truline attended to drop off an essential parcel with no prior notification. On finding no answer they left a blank "We called card"; no details such as sender, addressee, consignment number. The card suggested we send an email to them to rearrange delivery. Difficult as we didn't have any details. Their website is not properly maintained and has a failed security certificate so our Web browser stopped us from visiting the site. We contacted our supplier who asked Truline to redeliver, Truline gave our supplier two consecutive days when they'd deliver. We waited around on those days, but of course they did not turn up. The supplier has lost our business to a competitor. Edit: 12th May 21 The package due to arrive on 30th April, arrived this morning in a battered and opened state. Edit 7th Feb 2024: I've had a note from Trustpilot asking for further details, it seems Truline are challenging my report. Happy to provide a copy of the Truline email to me, and a print from the Truline Status page to assist them in locating their records. Good to see Truline taking an interest in reputation management.

Substandard Complaints handling policy

In December 2019, one of the van drivers attempted to circumvent a line of traffic I was moving into and almost jammed me in-between his van and a car on my left. He had to mount an island to do this and was obviously in a hurry. I sent a complaint and diagrams of the incident to the company and was told the complaint would be forwarded to the Transport department. After this I heard nothing more until I wrote again asking for a response. I was told that the complaint had been dealt with through the correct channels as per policy and they do not respond. This is poor management of a complaint and I should have been sent a copy. I did not want to know of any disciplinary action toward the driver or his personal details, but having worked for a major organisation myself, the very least I should have expected was formal reply with an apology. I then explained this to them but still no response. A poor show Truline for a major company.

Their drivers attempt to intimidate…

Their drivers attempt to intimidate other road users who have children in the back, in our case an 11 month old baby. This happened on the A9 out of Inverness around 1015am should be fired for endangering lives.
