Substandard Complaints handling policy
In December 2019, one of the van drivers attempted to circumvent a line of traffic I was moving into and almost jammed me in-between his van and a car on my left. He had to mount an island to do this and was obviously in a hurry. I sent a complaint and diagrams of the incident to the company and was told the complaint would be forwarded to the Transport department. After this I heard nothing more until I wrote again asking for a response. I was told that the complaint had been dealt with through the correct channels as per policy and they do not respond. This is poor management of a complaint and I should have been sent a copy. I did not want to know of any disciplinary action toward the driver or his personal details, but having worked for a major organisation myself, the very least I should have expected was formal reply with an apology. I then explained this to them but still no response. A poor show Truline for a major company.
