even after providing an accurate description including a phone number and the appearance of the frontage they failed to deliver on schedule
should these people be driving let alone calling themselves couriers
having been asked via trustpilot to provide more information, I’m backing that up with the following info to ensure Truline find no reason of weaseling out of responsibility on the grounds of lack of response.
no tracking number was given - check with Sounds Wholesale ltd for amazon order 204-2926233-4255508 - 9th April 24.
On Friday 12th April, Sounds Wholesale provided Truline with details of how to find and identify my house, including a phone number, and while I’ve discovered since then that you do not deliver on Saturdays as Amazon advised me to expect, you should have all the information necessary to succeed unless your driver is blind and deaf.
If you are really concerned and efficient, please call me urgently to arrange earliest delivery
I find it difficult to believe that the address on the package, supplied via an Amazon order was indecipherable and that your people managed to transcribe the address incorrectly from the info, which incidentally included my phone number, given them from the information supplied by me to the retailer.
I have also replied to your agents email, so how are you or your driver going to foul this up now?
