Truline attended to drop off an…
Truline attended to drop off an essential parcel with no prior notification. On finding no answer they left a blank "We called card"; no details such as sender, addressee, consignment number. The card suggested we send an email to them to rearrange delivery. Difficult as we didn't have any details. Their website is not properly maintained and has a failed security certificate so our Web browser stopped us from visiting the site. We contacted our supplier who asked Truline to redeliver, Truline gave our supplier two consecutive days when they'd deliver. We waited around on those days, but of course they did not turn up. The supplier has lost our business to a competitor. Edit: 12th May 21 The package due to arrive on 30th April, arrived this morning in a battered and opened state. Edit 7th Feb 2024: I've had a note from Trustpilot asking for further details, it seems Truline are challenging my report. Happy to provide a copy of the Truline email to me, and a print from the Truline Status page to assist them in locating their records. Good to see Truline taking an interest in reputation management.
