I recently was struggling with an issue with my bookings. I called the agency 3 times but nobody came up with any solution. I spoke to Sammy and Bhavika but they were not interested to talk or assist. Later in my fourth called I connected to Keith and he helped me throughout the day whole process. Everything went smoothly. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you Keith for your assistance.
I had a very positive experience with Travel Trolley, where Mr. Spencer provided exceptional service and efficiently arranged my air ticket. Unfortunately, I had previously encountered difficulties with two companies, Airbeas Travel Ltd and Friendz Travel Ltd, where I felt I was misled. I strongly advise others to be cautious and steer clear of those companies. Instead, I recommend choosing reputable travel agencies like Travel Trolley or Southall Travels for a reliable experience.
I normally would not write a negative review, but i cancelled a ticket less than 24 hours after purchase amd more than 24 hours before departure and was informed that i would have a cancellation charge of 190 and 410 refunded to me. A George liaised with me and i have been calling and emailing this company and am getting no response or traction. On reading other comments i am astonished that this business is allowed to continue like this. Please pay my refund bk.
After booking tickets I had to call TWO times and one email to have my tickets. But still they havent send my tickets(22/07/2025) . I know how its look like a real tickets .They are misleading people. Sending useless PDF. NEVER EVER BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY MY FLIGHT TICKETS. really disappointed about this.

Inadequate Customer Service Experience During my recent interaction with a customer service representative named AARAV, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed. AARAV seemed inexperienced and engaged in casual conversation as if we were old acquaintances. When I inquired about the cancellation policy, he informed me that there would be no refund if I were to cancel. I found AARAV's demeanor to be unprofessional and unhelpful. He seemed reluctant to provide his name clearly and even refused to do so when asked a second time. His lack of politeness and rudeness in his communication style left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It is essential for customer service representatives to uphold a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers. AARAV's behavior was not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the reputation of the organization. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that all customer service representatives are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent service to customers.

I had to change the dates for my return flight, and honestly, I was a bit worried because I had a not-so-great experience with another provider before. I called the Travel Trolley helpline, a bit reluctantly, but the customer service rep, Kartik, was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Guy fixed my issue like it was no big deal. This is my third time booking with Travel Trolley, and it’s been smooth every time. I’d definitely recommend them, plus, their prices are usually lower than others.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel agency. I booked a flight through Travel Trolley, which was later canceled by British Airways. Travel Trolley never informed me about the cancellation, and I’ve had to chase them repeatedly just to get any response. It’s now been over 8 weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is nonexistent—no updates, no accountability, and no help whatsoever. I’ve never dealt with such an unresponsive and unprofessional company. I would strongly advise against using Travel Trolley for any travel needs.
