Inadequate Customer Service Experience During my recent interaction with a customer service representative named AARAV, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed. AARAV seemed inexperienced and engaged in casual conversation as if we were old acquaintances. When I inquired about the cancellation policy, he informed me that there would be no refund if I were to cancel. I found AARAV's demeanor to be unprofessional and unhelpful. He seemed reluctant to provide his name clearly and even refused to do so when asked a second time. His lack of politeness and rudeness in his communication style left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It is essential for customer service representatives to uphold a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers. AARAV's behavior was not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the reputation of the organization. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that all customer service representatives are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent service to customers.
