Only place I go for currency now and have done for a few years. Never any problems and delivery on date agreed. Excellent rates too, what more could you need.
Not needed but essential
Not having to have made a claim once again on my travel insurance I can only assume that they would be all the things that you expect from your insurance so until I find otherwise it’s 5 stars

Excellent service from this company
Excellent service from this company. I’ve now used TravelFX on three occasions. Their website is very easy to use to buy or sell. Their rates are better than on the High Street and the turnaround is fast. I sent my Euros to them on Monday and the money was in my bank by lunchtime Tuesday

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Travel FX failed me as a customer. Royal Mail, their courier, provided false delivery confirmation with a forged signature on the expected date before our holiday. After a long complaint process during my holiday, and after Travel FX raised an incident with Royal mail, the money was magically posted through my door two weeks later. Travel FX then offered only a buy-back that would leave me over £100 out of pocket, instead of fighting my corner with Royal mail for fraudulent activity that has clearly taken place. Their final response was dismissive, legally misleading, and they took absolutely no responsibility. Avoid.
