The travel department had every thing arranged with no delays so well organised. The tour guide was excellent so informative and extremely nice Claudia . The only problem was sitting at the same table every night you did not get to know all the other guests as there was 50
Lake Como - Great holiday
Our second holiday with Travel Department as we knew from previous experience, that from the moment of booking you can relax and know everything is taken care of. A leisurely 7 night holiday with 3 leisure days. The included tours were excellent and our guide Carol looked after us very well. Hotel Bazzoni was comfortable and we enjoyed the half board meals. We had a balcony facing the lake and enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Would recommend Travel Department for a holiday to Lake Como.

Our Guide Margaret was the highlight of the trip.
Our Guide Margaret was the highlight of our stay in Rosas, Spain.She was 110% on the ball and always pleasant. Her level of detail about the local area, The Dali museum and The Pyrenees was so impressive.The hotel Monterrey was perfectly situated beside the beach.The weather was glorious and sunny throughout the week.

Trip to Puglia…
Our guide Silvia was so attentive , organised and helpful in relation to sharing details etc . Food in hotel was very good and rooms were modern and spacious. Day trips were really interesting and the group was super friendly. Only downside was that there was no outdoor pool to relax in on leisure days. Ostuni was a gem of a little town to be based in.

Highlights of Andalucia trip to remember.
Highlights of Andalucia is a fabulous tour. We experienced the wonderful sights of the countryside on our journey to the cities of Antequera, Cordoba, Seville and Granada. These cities are steeped in history and we got to see all the important historical sites on the tour. Our accommodation in Loja and Granada was top class. But, this tour wouldn't have been the big hit it was, without our tour guide- Alejandro. His knowledge of the history and geography of Andalucia is vast. His love for the region was infectious and his talks were always informative, engaging and fun. On top of all this, he is a very caring person and made sure everyone's needs were attended to. From the moment he met us in Málaga airport to the moment he saw us through the check in on our departure, he treated us like friends. He's worth his weight in gold to the Travel Department and they'd do well to hold on to him
