Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

From just asking Gilly to help me organise a holiday to New York between certain dates and the rest really was looked after by Gilly. Told her our itinerary of a concert and Madison Square Gardens and we built the holiday around it. The hotel was in the best spot. So close to MSG and downtown, subway links and Times Square. It was a lovely hotel. Clean, happy staff and good amenities.

What a fantastic trip to New York, Quebec, Montreal and Toronto. Our Travel consultant Simone Taylor-Gray planned this holiday for us. We just told her the places we wanted to visit and the days we wanted to stay in each one, and she came up with different options for us to choose from. We chose the one which suited us best, and from then on we were provided with all the nitty gritty details. All was taken care of professionally. Itineraries, hotel bookings, boarding passes for planes and trains were sent both electronically and printed by post. She was with us all the way, even when we checked in etc to see that all ran smoothly Can't thank Simone enough for her sterling service.

Sue was so helpful all the way through, from finding us a great hotel to answering my questions when I was actually away. Nothing was too much for her and it was so convenient having someone to answer all your questions. I would definitely recommend and will be using Sue again.

Our travel counsellor was Cara Micallef who was absolutely amazing!! She helped my friends and I find our dream hotel (Cyprotel Faliraki) and then organised everything for us from start to finish! Whenever we had questions we received both a fast and helpful reply everytime! She also gave me very helpful advice revolving around me having an allergy which made me feel much more confident going into the holiday! We couldn’t recommend Cara enough!

Martin and his team are very responsive to emails, replying even when they’re out of office is on! They send great deals and communicate these in a great format through PDF etc. Definitely recommend! We can’t wait to book more through Martin!

We had a fantastic experience, Megan did a fantastic job of finding us a holiday and making sure that we had everything we needed ready for our holiday. It was the easiest experience of booking a holiday iv ever had and will be using Megan again.
