Was just looking online then inputted my requirements got a quick reply with options but not put under any pressure to proceed when I decided to book I was given all the options available and confirmation soon after with payment options for someone who isn't computer literate the process was made very simple and I would recommend it to my family and friends

We came across Travel Centre, online and checked out the reviews. The initial call we had at Travel Centre we discussed in detail the possibilities of a trip to Japan & Bali. The agent gave us some ideas and locations to stop at and time frames. We discussed as a family and slightly changed the itinerary, we called the sales agent back a few days later. They arranged flights, hotels and Bullet Train transportation for us - all of which we had no issues with and had a great holiday. We were kept up to date via emails on any flight changes but nothing that affected our trip. The 4 star score was only due to the pressure we felt when booking and paying the deposit, we were given minutes to check the details/ terms which were emailed over while on the phone to the sales agent and then a minute or two to pay via the link, so this did feel quite pressured given the monetary amount being paid. A few months later trying to contact the sales agent again, we were told the they were on holiday and later that they had actually left. It took a couple of days to switch us to another sales leader or someone who could access our trip - obviously a bit anxious all was ok until we were able to speak with someone about our holiday. However maybe some policy in place to transition their workload smoothly over to another agent and drop the customer an update email
