A huge thanks to Scott Teagan, just booked a holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday and he was fantastic. Super simple and quick. I was worried that the price offered was too good to be true so called through on the number on the website rather than the one offered on messenger... not a problem for Scott who was happy to wait so I felt secure in my booking. Let down.. don't waste your money
There is actually no benefit to booking a trip through this company- avoid it and book it independently or spend a lot of time enquiring about the details. We've booked this for my wife's 40th birthday. The trip looked exciting, and though we usually book our trips independently we decided to book through a travel agent so the finer details were taken care of. However, no luggage included (only a small bag for under the seat), no transfer between the airport and hotel (we were informed it's a short journey using the train - it's 2 trains and a bus totalling 1.5 hours or a 40 minute taxi). We now have to pay to bring a small case on board for 2 separate flight providers and lose a lot of time travelling on our first day from the airport to the hotel. Not worth the extra money we've paid when we could have booked it for Β£400 less.
