From start to finish the service has been excellent. It was Kevin that supported us. He responded quickly and was extremely helpful it looking at alternatives for us to suit our requirements. We are very much looking forward to our holiday and would highly recommend Kevin and Travel Centre. There was absolutely no pressure and we were given time to consider the itinerary and price. Norman assisted me and he was such great help, I told him about other travel agent prices and he was so accommodating and did a price match. He was very kind & patient with me. He understood my concerns and went above and beyond for me. Very professional and helpful. Ask for Norman when dealing with anything . He reassured me of my concerns and did everything to help me out more than I could imagine. Outlines everything in emails and I thank him very much. Understood my financial situation and helped me out to come to a solution.

Excellent service
Raymond Gunn was a great partner in booking our Japan and Bali trip. He worked hard alongside us to ensure all of the details are correct, went above and beyond and even threw in a couple of freebies! Great experience, and would highly recommend!
