Great customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Diana Ford was especially helpful and patient with my going backwards and forwards with itinerary adjustments. Great company. Used them many times and will continue to do so.

Today, I spoke to Roy to book a flight at very short notice. He was very helpful and also very polite. He called back as was requested and book the flight for me, which I think was very helpful. He also give travel updates on what is required to travel to a Different country, I find that very helpful and it was very respectful.
