After experiencing technical issues uploading documents and a few phone calls speaking to various people who were not quite so helpful and quick to fob me off with excuses. This website is poorly ran or the people who own it donβt care. Wonβt let me change my CV, wonβt let me update a new one. On my laptop and iPhone says there was a problem. Then it constantly logs me in and out.

Totaljobs has copied a job ad from our company website and posted it to their site without consent. This is a specialist role and we did NOT want to advertise on job boards. We received many applications from hopeful but unsuitable candidates that then required managing. I have contacted Totaljobs MANY times and requested the ad be removed immediately. I get the same unhelpful response each time, that my email has been forwarded to a case worker and they will be in contact soon. It has been over two weeks and there has been no contact and the ad has not been removed from their site. We have since filled the position, so applications are a waste of everyone's time. This company seems unethical to me.

Hello, firstly I would like to say that the lady I spoke to, Kirsty Young on the phone was extremely polite and very helpful with the information I needed and she provided. Even when her computer was taking a while to load my info she was vert professional and honestly it felt like I was speaking to a friend on the phone. If I have to ring again I hope that I speak to Kirsty, well I would firstly ask to speak to her when I ring.
