After experiencing technical issues uploading documents and a few phone calls speaking to various people who were not quite so helpful and quick to fob me off with excuses. I then spoke to Della Randall, who was extremely helpful and did all she could to help including a Teams call and the problem was resolved. A huge thank you to Della
This website is poorly ran or the people who own it don’t care. Won’t let me change my CV, won’t let me update a new one. On my laptop and iPhone says there was a problem. Then it constantly logs me in and out.
Excellent customer service. AIMEN persisted to get a listing complete in record time after issues with the users on the account. Thank you.

The "helpline" will just tell you to check their FAQ, but their FAQ is useless, so therefore I'm giving my feedback here. I am constantly getting a 'well, that wasn't supposed to happen!' message when trying to upload important information. I tried changing devices, I tried changing wifi, I tried on the app, I tried on another browser. This site is useless and offers no support for their incompetence. The result is now my chances of a job (an urgent requirement) is significantly hindered. Thanks.

Like total jobs they always come up with very good solutions for problems and always contact you back would definitely recommend Other thing mindful to note, I’m very much dyslexic and using their system is extremely intuitive
