After experiencing technical issues uploading documents and a few phone calls speaking to various people who were not quite so helpful and quick to fob me off with excuses. This website is poorly ran or the people who own it donβt care. Wonβt let me change my CV, wonβt let me update a new one. On my laptop and iPhone says there was a problem. Then it constantly logs me in and out.

Phone answered quickly. Agent friendly and helpful. Listened to my problem was able to help very quickly. Especially liked that she suggested a way I could have dealt with the problem myself, using the admin section of the site, which I was unaware of. Highest standards of service and very happy customer!
