Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

I have mental health problems and calling today was extremely hard to do... Clint the operator who dealt with me and my query was really helpful, polite, and understanding, he help me set up a one payment and after that monthly payments to what I can actually afford... really feels good to have someone nice on the end of the phone.
