Really badly manage company
Really badly manage company. They seem to have a really poor track over their inventory. I had issues with every other i have placed with this company. I call to my local branch to see if they have an item in stock they responded yes the system says there are x amount in stock, i ordered online for click and collect and they order took over a week to be ready for collection. The second order i placed, was also click and collect, for an item that was in stock at the branch, a few days later I received an email that the item was ready for collection. But wait hold on then i received another email ''sorry we don't have the item here is your money back''. their click and collect is a waste of time!!!

Service Review.
The two staff members I spoke with were efficient. polite and very helpful, even going to the rounds of checking that the required paint was in stock. Their delivery driver, who actually arrived next day, was on a par with his colleagues, a great ambassador for his Company. They all went above and beyond to ensure the customer was left happy with the transaction.
