Really badly manage company
Really badly manage company. They seem to have a really poor track over their inventory. I had issues with every other i have placed with this company. I call to my local branch to see if they have an item in stock they responded yes the system says there are x amount in stock, i ordered online for click and collect and they order took over a week to be ready for collection. The second order i placed, was also click and collect, for an item that was in stock at the branch, a few days later I received an email that the item was ready for collection. But wait hold on then i received another email ''sorry we don't have the item here is your money back''. their click and collect is a waste of time!!!

I could not get skirting and architrave any cheaper any where else and with the length being over 5 meters long I could do all my long skirting with less cuts very happy with the 6 inch board's house looks great π

Affordable timber prices and friendly staff.
The price of the timber is very affordable. I ordered the timber online and when I phoned about collecting it, they said it would be ready for me to collect the same day. I arrived near closing time but never felt under pressure to hurry up. Very good service and staff were very friendly.

Horrible customer service
Bought over β¬700 worth of insulated plasterboard. Needed to return them (as a consumer I am fully entitled to do so) , TJ o Mahonys on the phone were horrendously unhelpful. Told me itβs a pain in the bum , Iβd lose money, I told him yes I accept that, he said we will call you, absolutely no call and no help what so ever. I would avoid this company at all costs. Absolute disgrace
