The memory of a satisfying viewing
I was on an appointment with Kelly McDermott to view a house. Everything was great. The appointment was confirmed in advance and she reminded us again on the phone the same morning. Kelly was waiting for us in front of the house earlier than the appointment time. She showed us the house with patience and kindness, listened to our opinions and answered all our questions. She reminded us that she will let us know if a suitable house is found according to our needs. I hope we can find the house we want through this agency and get peace of mind.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!! SHOCKING SHOCKING & MORE SHOCKING!! I Rang in on behalf of a tenant in Manchester M6. Very rude person called Amber hung up on me after yelling at me over the phone!! I think this is customer ABUSE not customer service!! A message for the property manager was not answered!! The issue with regard to the rental property became a dispute & didn't get dealt with!! If your English isn't very good or if you talk louder than a whisper dont bother phoning them for anything!!! This is why people turn away from this type of organisational SHAMBLES!! IF i was your boss Amber i would SACK YOU ON THE SPOT along with your 'spoilt brat' attitude! I KNOW YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR COMMISSION FROM A SELL OR A RENT!! IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU!!! DISGUSTING!! THEY ARE DISGUSTING!! No manners & no customer service no respect!!!!

I am an owner who uses Thornley Groves Manchester for the administration and rental of my property. Over the past 12 months their service and response or lack of has been getting worse. The staff turnover is high and I have not been informed of change of property managers, this has resulted in confusion and problems with tenants. Steer clear for a property management service. Issues have been raised to customer service and management but no resolution.

Good luck getting your deposit back
Good luck getting your deposit back. We had to fight for over a month to get it back, and we’re constantly chasing for a response. We proved a lot of their charges wrong. In the end they had no option to give us our money back because they were renovating the property. Please be careful, and take pictures of absolutely everything before you move in. All they want is your money at the end of it. They don’t really have any interest in the tenants wellbeing. I would avoid renting a property from this company.
