We fell into some debt and they was so understanding and helped sort things out especially a woman what works fair are called Amanda o'harte she was so helpful angle who come and saved my family from being homeless if you ask me she deserves a pay raise an employee of the Month

If you are private renting and…

If you are private renting and expecting a rent increase you should 100% question it if you think the increase seems far fetched. We received an email from Mathew Petit declaring our rent based on market value was looking at around a 30% increase £290pcm extra which is absurd. We were told to make an offer if we declined this amount but it would have to be ‘close’ to feed back to the landlord. Fortunately I have a contact number with my landlord direct which they were unaware of, so following a conversation with him it was the first he had heard about it and was not happy they had done this. I would be very cautious if you end up in a similar situation as I would say there is some foul play behind the scenes with this company. We have received an apology from them but the fact this happened in the first place is disgusting.

A stress-free tenant change thanks to excellent staff

Since I have liaised with the right people, mainly Amber and Lucy, I couldn’t be more delighted with the service, care and attention I have received. I was very worried I needed to completely renovate my flat, but Amber convinced me this wasn’t the case and pointed out the areas that just needed a bit of attention. This took a lot of stress out of the whole procedure of changing tenant. I really can’t recommend Amber highly enough. She definitely needs a pay rise!!
