No communication with the tenant or the landlord over a property problem which has been going on for months. No consistent manager looking after the account since Thornley Groves took over the previous letting agents. All resulted in poor service

Landlord's experience
I am a landlord of properties which are fully managed by years by Thornley Groves. I considered leaving them on several occasions as they became too corporate and detached from the needs of the landlord. Dealing with two offices was also creating unnecessary confusion. This year I made a decision to re-let with them only on the strength of their property manager Amanda O’Harte based at their Altrincham office. Amanda is very pro-active and helped me to re-instate one of the properties to a re-lettable stage and actually acted as a Project Manager when the tenants terminated earlier leaving the property dilapidated. Amanda understands the needs of the landlord and gives practical advice, remaining impartial towards the tenants. She finds practical cost-effective solutions to the landlord’s challenges. I am glad to have her as my point of contact now and I’m sure she feels valued by her company. I personally rate her services as 5 star. She sets a high standard of property management. I can’t praise her enough.
