We would like to mention Kelly who was excellent throughout the viewing process, Jonny and Clare who occasionally helped us. Great service from Chloe
For the past few years we have been dealing with Chloe Jewell. Chloe has been really approachable, responsive and has dealt with all our queries in a timely manner. Id like to personally thank Amanda Oharte from the Altrincham Branch. She consistently maintains smooth communication between landlord and tenant. All issues and queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently. Being a tenant of Thornley groves for many years, I have had multiple property managers, however since having Amanda as my properly manager it's given me a sense of security as I feel comfortable to discuss any issues and know she will do everything she possibly can to help.
