I am absolutely appalled by my experience with The Travel House. This company is operating unethically and should be avoided at all costs. They accepted full payment for a booking but failed to issue any e-ticket or booking confirmation. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proactive communication from their side. When we finally managed to reach them, we were told the ticket had not been issued, despite the fact that payment had already been taken. To make matters worse, they have not provided any valid evidence of a refund. Every attempt to get a resolution has been met with evasive responses and a complete lack of accountability. This is not just poor service, this is outright fraudulent behaviour. No reputable travel company operates in this manner. I strongly urge others not to trust The Travel House under any circumstances. This has been a deeply frustrating and distressing experience.

Title: Fraudulent Travel Company – Beware of "The Travel House"

Title: Fraudulent Travel Company – Beware of "The Travel House" I was searching for affordable flights on different websites via Skyscanner, I received a call from someone claiming to be a travel agent from "The Travel House". They offered me a flight deal that was significantly cheaper than what I had seen online and asked me to make payment over the phone. Trusting their presentation, I provided my credit card details and was charged £1,556.92 on 29th July. Shortly after the payment was processed, the agent blocked my number and became completely uncontactable. I reached out to The Travel House, who confirmed there was no booking under my name and advised me to report the incident by email and dispute the charge with my credit card provider. The transaction on Credit card appeared as: THE TRAVEL HOUSE LTD WEST DRAYTON +44 208 145 0027 This is a serious complaint against The Travel House for misleading customers, taking payment under false pretenses, and then cutting all contact. I demand accountability and a full refund. This conduct is unacceptable and must be investigated immediately.

Saviours after a last minute airline cancellation!

We had a last minute cancellation by BA when flying back from MIA to LHR with no offer of a replacement flight so we needed to find an alternative ourselves. Looking at the other airlines the cost would have been in excess of $16k, which we were unwilling to risk. Tripadviser pointed to an alternative via JFK through The Travel House for a fraction of that cost. It is always a concern booking with an unknown agent, particularly as it was past midnight UK time, but I followed up the booking with a phone call, which was promptly answered (in spite of the time) with an assurance that the flight was being ticketed as we spoke. Within 40 mins I had the ticket information and checked in with the airline. They could not have done anything else and I would use them again without hesitation!
