The cost of insurance is very low

The cost of insurance is very low. However having my claim paid took a long time. It was also difficult to locate the excess or the break down of maximum amount for each item.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Hid behind small print and paid out only 20% of my claim. Would recommend that any customers move away or read the small print very carefully.Deducting the cremation and casket cost was expected but the other deductions for consultant fees, vets fees limits etc was greedy when they were already charging a large excess. The payout from a claim of well over £1000 was less than one year’s subscription.

Great service, affordable premiums.

Great service, and very helpful friendly staff when you need help at what is usually a stressful time. Insurance Emporium is an affordable pet insurance, although you do need to be aware that the 15% excess on expensive treatment can mount up, and also policy limits often prevent full payment for out of hours care. However, that is the reason that premiums are more affordable, and for us, that works well. Very happy with this policy.

Put in a claim

Positive experience with Insurance Emporium

I’m very happy with my experience with Insurance Emporium. When my cat suddenly became ill they answered all of my questions with empathy and were compassionate when I couldn’t hold back my emotions. Sadly I lost my beloved cat a couple of days after he showed signs of illness and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, providing me with the information and instructions of what I needed to do. I’m still using them for my other cat and I hope to have a positive experience in future if I do need to claim again (hopefully not!).

Ill-prepared and advised client access changes

They made changes to their website for clients without advising and lost email communications and did not explain that registration was needed. So confusing to get back onto the client login.

Easy process…

Easy to download the forms and mostly completed by the Vets themselves who also sent it all off. I paid and then sought to claim back. I had a decision back in just over a week and the money in my account a week after that. Very easy and happy with service. Being able to complete the forms online would be the only improvement.

So happy I used insurance Emporium

So happy I used insurance Emporium, from putting the clam in to paying my vet directly took just over a week, my dog had major hip surgery, never did I think I would ever use the insurance, but when his accident happened, he would of had to of been PTS as no way on earth could I afford to pay the vet bill, Thankyou insurance Emporium x
