Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Was verbally offered £3,700 for car. Nothing made in writing to me by the person concerned so I emailed the peson concerned highlighting that the offer made to me was £3,700 and giving my bank details. Person concerned responded saying yes, that was fine. On the day of collection, no hassle at all until the figure transferred to my bank was only £2,700. A grand short. I had to stop the car from being loaded. onto their trailer. `There must have been a misunderstanding' is the only explanation I was given in ensuing phone calls. A complete waste of time and left feeling like I just dodged being totally scammed! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The process was explained clearly by the person that followed up my initial enquiry and they asked simple questions gave a price quickly once I had submitted pictures via whatsapp. The collection driver turned up on time, was friendly and courteous and I was paid the agreed price before the car was taken away. No hassle. Very pleased.

Got a guaranteed price after sending emails and photos of the car for my 83 year old father in law who has dementia.They asked for the log book which they were advised we didn't have but had 3 invoices of the latest services. They then dropped the price by £500. Avoid this company especially if you speak to Jamie and Chris they colluded to make sure I was under pressure to sell. I spent so much of my day going back and forward. Once the chap was there to pick it up It's all about making you feel under pressure to sell. They talk the talk to make you feel special at the beginning and then end up fleecing you at the last minute. We gradually gave in as this was so stressful for my 81 year old mother in law. Don't trust them. They have unsurprisingly answered my criticism with more lies. Update: 1. Advised them on the morning of the sale that the log book was missing and I had 3 not 1 of the last 3 services. Jamie advised this will be fine. 2. The marks on the car were known from the photos sent previously. So no extra dents or marks. 3. They knew that the car might not start as it hadn't been used for a while but was advised that a lorry would take it away. Instead a driver turned up not a lorry. However, I managed to get a neighbour to jump start the car. So all in all they are bare face liers and should be avoided at all costs. They reduced the amount by £500 based on not having 10 service records.
