Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

They offer alot less than the cars worth 5600 for a 2013 mercedes E220d 63000 miles. I'm not that desperate. We steal any car .com

Company was friendly, open and honest. Good communication, efficient and professional. No haggling when they came to collect the vehicle off my drive.(it was like new though) Gave a fair price, much better than the franchised dealership.
Absolute cowboys. After completing evaluation on line, I was contacted by one of the sales team....After providing whatsapp number so I can provide photos of the car plus photos of the service record etc, everything went silent. I've tried to contact the person by phone and e-mail several times but he didn't answered any email and phone calls. After almost 3 days I completed another evaluation on line and someone called within 2 minutes. Explained everything all over again. He used my data and found the original file on the system. A quick look at the information provided and I was told that the car is a very "specific" kind of car (???? Mercedes) and because of that the maximum they can offer is.....£4000 LESS than what the system quoted me in two separate occasions. The price offered was £3000 less than even WBAC who are well known for low balling prices. You've been warned. PS Just look at the response from them. It should tell you everything you need to know. Not even an apology for messing me around for almost 3 days. Now the excuse is the "market conditions". Well....sort your software so you don't lie to your customers. As I've said...cowboys.
As the title suggests, my experience with The Car Buying Group has been 5 stars in all aspects but in particular with regards to customer service. Sean Masters, was on the end of the phone in minutes any time I needed clarification him and was professional, polite and helpful at all times. Great experience, far superior to webuyanycar hands down any time of day.
Dealt with Megan Sykes from the Car Buying Group. She had good communication, very positive and explained process clearly . The company definitely beat the competitors price and didn’t take off admin costs. Michael who came to pick up the car was good in letting me know when he would be picking the car up. He was polite and friendly but felt he was kept waiting for the process to go through .

Easy way to sell a car! Initial contact with Paul Johnson was quick and had a price that beat competitors within minutes. Procedure explained clearly - no hidden transaction or fast payment fees. Collection was swift and courteous and money in account almost instantly
It was a very easy process. The guy on the phone Chris very polite and the guys who picked the car up very polite. Vince dealt mainly on collection. Very good service all round.
