Dealt with Megan Sykes from the Car Buying Group. She had good communication, very positive and explained process clearly . The company definitely beat the competitors price and didn’t take off admin costs. Michael who came to pick up the car was good in letting me know when he would be picking the car up. He was polite and friendly but felt he was kept waiting for the process to go through .

After 7 months of waiting for my front door the fitter failed to completely seal it. Then another fitted had to be booked to reseal it. Later the door wouldn’t close properly ! It’s a slam lock composite door but had to use the key to assist in closing. Another engineer was booked and took three weeks to come out. After x4 days it’s failed again hopefully when the next person comes out on their fourth visit it can be resolved! But in the meantime having to use the key again as having to wait a few weeks for them to return. As a large company like Anglian I thought would be concerned about the standard of workmanship but they seem to not give a tooo hoot. !!
