Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Really easy experience from start to finish. I was a bit sceptical at first, but I had a call with Chris from the team. They gave me an initial valuation which I was happy with and higher than others I had received.They booked for someone to come view the car a few days later. Upon viewing the car they were happy with all information and agreed the initial valuation. They took the car and the outstanding finance was paid within the hour. Everyone I spoke to from first contact was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using them
On assumptions form that you get to after adding your reg number and mileage states several things have to have and pass for the valuation.. However I had everything it asked for and the valuation given was £504 they then ring you up and ask other questions and price drops to £100 The form should not exist and is a waste of time if you are not going to honer the answer to the questions and the assumptions price offered..
Made me an offer, I accepted they came and collected the car all done in 30 mins
The whole process was brilliant, you take photos and point out the damage to the car. They get in touch to give you a guaranteed price. If your happy they book it in for collection from wherever you want. On the agreed collection day, the driver called 40 minutes b4 he arrived. When he arrived he took photos of the engine (they never asked for pictures of the engine which i thought was weird) 15 minutes later they call and pay you the agreed sum b4 the car is taken away.
Booked two appointments for valuation. Didn’t call on either appointment. Called them, promised a callback. Nothing. Useless!
its not best price on the market, sure but also its not hassling and time taking. Chris, who has taken my case was verry supportive, helped me to get best price i could, paid what promised, and person picking up my car actually really appreciated the car for what it was, and all went super smooth and fast. very honest people, and none of this "brother brother whats the best price" bs. if you tired of paying 10th time for autotrader advert, just give them a ring and you might be surprised.
