Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Is this a scam with the Sun newspaper just to get your email and phone number for advertising purposes, I filled out details etc, all I got back was a valuation of £ symbol, what is that supposed to be - they don't want it, or what? Nothing else not even a quid, just a £ symbol, what's that suppose to mean to me. But now they have my email and phone number to use... UPDATE - received a phone call from a CBG team member, very polite and friendly, good chat about my enquiry which may or may not be of interest to myself, that aside they have replied so thats good.
Price offered was good but when chap came after looking over the car and leaving it running for 45 mins I had a call telling me not good news engine trouble offered me £1000 less than agreed. I had no engine lights on and my car was v low mileage, they suggested head gasket trouble which I do not believe on a small 1.2 engine 40k mileage 2018 plate. I declined their offer and felt v let down . Had sent them a video of car and they also said there were more marks than they realised. Would definitely not recommend .
Rubbish, offer a price of £11000 then reduce it to £10000 with no explanation or justification.
