Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Had a call back immediately from a guy who took my details and promised to get me the best price as soon as possible. Was a good start but was too good to be true. Over an hour later I had a message back quoting me £1,500 less than initially offered due to a missing service. Absolute joke and a scam. The guy thought he would be smart and cocky with his replied. Would never recommend this service seems like they are trying to pry on people who don't know their cars worth and are trying to maximise profits whilst massively ripping off customers. My suggestion is to avoid at all costs.

I was thinking about using webuyanycar, then I found out about the car buying group unlike the others there is no hidden charges or admin fees! So I spoke to a really nice guy called Jamie, he asked me a few questions about the car i was selling, he asked me to upload a few pictures then gave me a guaranteed price for the vehicle, after a couple of text messages a date was confirmed and the car was collected a couple of days later. The guy who collected the car was very friendly and professional and after a quick chat the car was loaded up, then I spoke to a very pleasant young lady on the phone to confirm details and then the payment was received! All this in under 45 mins!! What a fantastic experience thank you for saving me time and money. Highly recommended!!!!

A very smooth and easy process from first contact to conclusion. Jack hall was a pleasure to deal with. We agreed a price and that was the amount that I received. No quibbling or tyre kicking at the handover of my car. Just a review of the paperwork, and a quick once over of the car and the transfer of funds. The collection was completed in under an hour from start to finish.
