A very smooth and easy process from first contact to conclusion. Jack hall was a pleasure to deal with. We agreed a price and that was the amount that I received. No quibbling or tyre kicking at the handover of my car. Just a review of the paperwork, and a quick once over of the car and the transfer of funds. The collection was completed in under an hour from start to finish. They sorted out the outstanding finance for me aswell so it was a quick professional experience I would recommend The Car Buying Group to anyone looking to sell their existing car.
