No creativity!
No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

Not given what we paid for
We have had a contract since last fall. We were contracted to be in the brand new H-E-B in Melissa. Our display ended up being put in the Kroger after six months of waiting for it to be put in H-E-B before the grand opening. It is shoved in a corner where you cannot even see all of the sides of the display that we paid extra for. We also paid extra to be in the HEB not the Kroger. When this was mentioned, it was supposed to be taken care of. H-E-B has now been open for a month and I was told two weeks ago that they would immediately get that put over there in the front entrance where it was supposed to be displayed that week. We were also supposed to be the only realtor in that store with a display. We went in today to see if our sign display had been moved, and there is another agent who is a realtor where ours was supposed to be. we went to the Kroger and our sign is still at the Kroger. I paid extra money to have a 3-D display, and to be put at a brand new H-E-B so that during grand opening, we would be there. This is completely unacceptable and I will never use her boost for anything in the future, nor recommend them.

Poor placement history. No leads.
We created display information that could be tracked. To date, we have received ZERO leads from these units. Our key concern is the units are placed in a location that isn't beneficial. Every time we visit the stores, the units are placed BEHIND the customers entrance. This means they don't see them until they are leaving. We feel this was mostly a waste of our marketing dollars.
