No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.
They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

The salesman lied to me about how my company would bill me and they deducted $1350 in full from my paycheck.

I've been trying to get in contact with the company for months, after our initial payment, nobody has reached back out, our kiosk was never installed, and their phone is disconnected. Nobody responds to the emails or the online messaging system. This is a scam. Do not use this company.
TOOK FOREVER TO HAVE OUR KIOSK EVEN IN A SPOT WHERE PEOPLE COULD SEE IT. SO WE PAID FOR MONTHS OF NOTHING.
I was a bit skeptical but the price was good, so I gave it a shot. It took about 3 weeks before my billboard was up and running, so I have been live for about a week. I have not looked at a report yet, but I have had 3 potential clients contact me who said they saw my face at CVS... I have already shown 1 several homes and another will likely list with us. If that keeps up, it is a great investment.
You made the whole process quite easy. From firsst contact to design to implementation.
The design process was streamlined and excellent. Communication was always great. The one thing that fell short was the final product being installed correctly. It wasn’t printed to the correct size for our sanitizer kiosk and wasn’t rectified from the back end, we had to ask for it to be fixed. We went and saw it in person and it still was peeling off a little bit. We also have asked multiple times for the kiosk to be put on the correct side of the store that was agreed upon, but we saw it’s still not there. Other than that, things were great. We’re happy with the print quality and digital customer service. Might just need some refining on who they work with for installation.
