Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!

The team at Talbots are a pleasure to work with. This was our first time selling a house, and they kept the process and their language around the process as simple as possible. They were always open to questions and were quick to answer emails, as well as keeping us up to date. Most of all, the process proved to be full of frustrating delays (through no fault of theirs), and the team had no trouble conveying our frustrations to our buyers in a measured way.

Our experience was good. As first time buyers, Mandeep managed to make this process and easy as possible for us. Mandeep was reliable, effective and quick with his responses to emails. I feel we were not informed of extra payments that had been added when enquiries had been raised and would have appreciated if this had been communicated to us as and when these came up rather than right at the end. Overall, the experience has been good and many many thanks to Mandeep.

Talbots have been very supportive and extremely proactive throughout the process of selling my house. They ensured all communications were done in a timely manner and made the process as easy as possible for me. When issues were raised on the last minute by the buyers solicitors, they went above and beyond. This issue could have delayed the process by weeks and cost me thousands of pounds and Talbots worked tirelessly to fix it in a couple of days. I must thank Ryan in particular for his dedication during those last 3 days. Highly recommended their services.
