Very unhappy indeed

Waited over an hour for food, rang the restaurant who referred me to takeaway.com directly. [name], the supervisor, told me that there was an issue collecting the payment for the food, even though I had a receipt from them AND PayPal with a merchant ref for the payment. They said their systems had flagged the payment and cancelled it! No notification, by email, phone or spam folder! I took me calling in to find out. I asked for refund to be told this cannot be done as manual checks need to take place to find out what happened which means there could be a delay refunding me of up to 10 days! So, I'm here with no food and no refund - how can this be right?? Very disappointed.
