Excellent customer service. The chat service is with a real person who knows what they are doing. My chat person, Michael, was extremely helpful.

I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Bought Superdrug mobile & the girl in the store tried to set it up but I had to change over my number & do something else myself, went home & tried to change my number but it wasn’t working, you can’t just phone up the company like you normally would if something was wrong you have to deal with a bot! So my phone is still sending txts like its being sent from a different number & I have a brand new iPhone but 5G doesn’t work & the signal isn’t great either so after Xmas going to change to someone else, it’s really annoying having to deal with a bot when your trying to fix something instead of just phoning up & them talking you through it!!

Spoke with Courtney and she was excellent! Resolved. A Mastercard that had expired on the Auto Renew setting that was not working. . I am not sure my Superdrug dashboard concerns were fully acknowledged, but a technical ticket was raised.
