STC bra öppettider och närhet
STC är toppen med närhet till träningslokal. Något långsam service när en maskin var trasig. Tog flera veckor att åtgärda. För övrigt bra med öppettider som gör det möjligt att träna både tidigt och sent.

Tränar på STC vid Henriksdal och det är toppenbra. Rent och fräscht lagomt mycket med människor. Det enda som är lite drygt är den musik som spelas inte alltid passar en.
Gymen är bra, men
Gymen är bra, men när små ”skrubbgym” uppgraderas till Premiumgym och man plötsligt endast har ett, vilket är ännu mindre, att tillgå på sitt Basabonnemang, då försvinner lojaliteten. Nu byter jag aktör

A joke of gym
I have trained many years in gyms and never more with STC. They let risk groups down during this pandemic, they didn't give them specific hours to be able to train safe, a month ago they established a limit of people inside the gyms but nobody cares about checking how many are training. If you phone them to complain they simply say it is not their responsibility to check what is going on with people inside their gyms. Yes, they don't take responsibility for anything that happens inside their gyms, so if you have a problem, you are alone. If you visit a STC gym in these corona times you will see people training in groups, talking hours in the phone, not keeping the distance, not cleaning the machines after using them, zero masks, zero safety. A total joke. Nevermore. I won't catch corona there, that's for sure.

Totalt urusel kundservice. Har begärt att få reklamera och blivit runt-skjutsad mellan olika parter. Känns lönlöst att fortsätta försöka. Förklarade tydligt att jag ville betala av en period att gymma under och fick ok. Fick skriva under på medlemskap där det ej fanns start-datum för autogiro så jag tänkte "va bra". Vips så började STC ta pengar från mitt konto, men inte under namnet STC på betalningen så det var svårt att upptäcka. Och nu får jag inga pengar tillbaka trots försök. Hoppas att ni skäms ordentligt STC. Ni kan ju tänka er att detta går vidare till andra. Hoppas ni förlorar riktigt mycket pengar.
