This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

Excellent support

Excellent support! These guys really seem to have invested in their customer-facing team. Email replies have always been incredibly timely and responsive - as well as patient and pitched at exactly the right level. I was activated 2 hours before the published guide time, and patiently helped through the setup according to my specific (non-standard) requirements. Huge thanks, guys!

Amazing ISP. First class service all round

I recently upgraded to squirrel FTTP after having VDSL circuits on OpenReach/BT infrastructure. The underlying infrastructure is now fibre heroes/full fibre. From initial order to aftercare Squirrel have gone above and beyond. Very responsive support team who actually know what they are talking about. Unlike other suppliers where it takes hours to get to someone that knows what a IPv6 address is. I ordered the 900MB package and haven’t seen speeds UP or DOWN less than 900MB. I was that impressed with the service I emailed squirrel directly complimenting them. I would 100% recommend them.

Squirrel - First class.

These guys respond to support requests really quickly, give great advice are really informative about the process and are generally first class. The speeds I get on my 900/900 connection are blistering. Can't recommend them enough!

Just moved to Squirrel

Just moved to Squirrel from BT as they are getting rid of the copper lines so the advantage of a landline during power cuts is gone. Full fibre, the ability to use existing phones and better speed for less cost - what's not to like? Customer support exceptional with an almost immediate, concise and pertinent response. Thanks Nibbles.

Brilliant

Brilliant. Two fibre lines and two phone numbers moved onto Squirrel from three other providers on the same day. Went without the slightest problem and supported by friendly and efficient guidance when I needed it. Brilliant routers with the facility to use a normal phone to make VOIP calls. Highly recommended.

I have been with Squirrel for about one year. My experience has been one of complete satisfaction. The main benefit has been the rapid response, technical assistance and attention to detail received whenever a problem has arisen. Squirrel free upgrade

We have recently found that the the capacity of our broadband could get slightly degraded when two youngsters were playing games, one person was working remotely and another was on the net. Not really surprising, however Squirrel have upgraded us to 300 mps and all is lightning fast! Many thanks - you are the perfect supplier!
