I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers.
This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week.
I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.
I ordered two pairs of running shoes, they both turned up in excellent condition, well packaged, a very friendly DPD delivery driver (I paid an additional fee for next day delivery £11.99) all was going well until unfortunately one pair fitted but the other pair was too small. I initiated a returns form but then stopped when I realised they wanted even more money from me to return them £4.99... that would have been £16.98 in total postal charges for this order and that's not acceptable, so I'll just keep the shoes that don't fit as a reminder to use Amazon next time as they have a much better returns policy
I ordered a different pair to what I received, even when the delivery was confirmed they sent a picture of the trainers in transit which were the ones I ordered but when I received them it was the same brand but different colour!!!!
It's very easy to buy, and I'm sure I'll get what I ordered. Their products are flawless. I've been buying from them for almost 20 years and I've never been disappointed.
Awful service!!!! Ordered 2 items for a birthday and even received an email to be shipped but they didn’t turn and ONLY when I had to make contact Sports Direct told me they had got lost in the post so again ONLY for me making contact they would have quite happily kept my money knowing I was never going to receive my order! Rubbish!!!!
The parcel still hasn't come and I paid for next day delivery, through no fault of Sports Direct but of Evri. I haven't been offered a refund for the next day delivery, but I am still expecting the parcel.
