Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleurstellend, ook de reactie van Solyd: "Excuses voor het ongemak"... Daar koop je niet voor!

Problème de contrôle qualité.
J'ai acheté une pompe DAB d'un certain prix et lorsque je l'ai déballée, je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait un problème : pas de possibilité de la placer à cause d'un défaut. J'attends la réponse de Solyd. Où est le contrôle qualité soi-disant effectué ? En attendant, mes travaux sont au point mort... Je modifierai éventuellement mon avis en fonction de la réponse apportée par Solyd . Aujourd'hui, nous sommes le 1/7 et toujours pas de solution...! Pompe renvoyée chez Solyd et toujours pas de solution concrète le 11/7 (commande passée le18/6) !!! Ils attendent la pièce !? Ne serait-il pas normal d'envoyer directement une nouvelle pompe ? Non, ils préfèrent "réparer" la défectueuse ! Et sur ce temps-là, je n'ai toujours pas de pompe (alors qu'indispensable) et j'attends... ! Mais ma patience a des limites. Les excuses répétées me font "une belle jambe" et ne leur coûte pas grand-chose ! Plutôt que des excuses, je préfèrerais recevoir rapidement une pompe en bon état de marche !

Groot aanbod en goede prijzen
Groot aanbod en goede prijzen. Betere filters zouden het zoekwerk kunnen vergemakkelijken. Met GLS als bezorger heb ik meestal slechte ervaringen. Dit lijkt voorlopig beter te gaan door een GLS Parcel box te kiezen. Door deze oplossing heb ik geen ster moeten aftrekken.

Geel Solyd mee voor mij
Er werd een defect elektrisch onderdeel geleverd. Na aanvraag retour binnen de wettelijke termijn weigert Solyd dit terug te betalen, en wil het laten herstellen/nakijken door zijn leverancier. 'het gaat wel even duren' is hun antwoord...
