Staff have always been efficient in responding to any queries that we have. The whole process from arranging a viewing of the property to moving into the flat was all relatively simple and hassle-free. Our property manager Bella has been a great help in assisting us with any issues and queries that we've had. This has made the first few weeks since moving into our new rental flat a lot less stressful.

There were a few hiccups when I moved in to the house however, although it was a weekend, Lisa was immediately available and came to the house to assist. I have found Lisa to be approachable, efficient, professional and helpful. I have recently moved to the UK and Lisa has gone beyond the call of duty providing advice and support. I can highly recommend Lisa who balances the interests of both landlord and tenant.
