Great service!
I always get my appliances from Smiths TV. The staff are so knowledgeable and you get a personal service that you just don’t get in many places these days. Love that everything is on display to play around with too!

Bought a tv that wasn’t actually available!
I talked to Smiths and then bought a TV that Smiths then found a couple of days later wasn’t in stock and wasn’t available. Bizarrely, they then tried to sell me their display model at full price! Waiting for the refund now…

Great service!
We ordered the new oven and it was delivered the following day, we were also given a short time window for delivery and installation. The gentleman who came was excellent, very polite, friendly and efficient. Excellent service from start to finish. Very impressed and this was not the first time we had purchased from Smiths and it will not be the last.
