Purchased a washer and dryer and received great customer service from Mark at the Burscough branch. Both delivered and fitted today by Neil & Les who professionally cut access into the divider and fitted the required extra long pipes.Many Thanks All.

Not really impressed so far. I ordered a 48” LG TV for £699 online on the 18th of June. On their website the TV I ordered is displayed as on display in their Southport branch, but that the order would be delivered on “special delivery” so I could not book a delivery slot when ordering. I receive an order confirmation email and then 2 days pass. As I still hadn’t heard anything about when I might expect my order I gave them a call to try and find out more. I was told over the phone they couldn’t help me, but that someone will be in touch. Not long after I receive a clipped email stating “As stated, during checkout, this item was a special order from the supplier. We've placed it on order for you and we're waiting on a delivery date from LG.” I reply back saying this wasn’t clear upon checkout, but could I have a rough ETA, so I know what to expect. No response. 3 days later I try to give them another call to find that “all of our agents are busy” and can’t get through to try and get an update. I try their live chat and also get the same message. Try their phone again to speak to someone on their web team. Finally get through to be told they are waiting to see if they will get the order in or not and that someone will be in touch “in the next week”. Pretty crappy customer service.
