A TV was purchased from Amazon via Smiths TV. The tv developed a fault but I had the 5 year extended warranty and I was only 27 months into it, I contacted Amazon and Samsung they pushed back and forth so I decided to contact Smiths TV, it has been 9 days now and they can't be bothered to respond, the email was sent on the 27th June and it is now the 5th July.

Brilliant service at the Formby branch very well looked after by Jon the branch manager nothing was too much trouble. The set was installed on the day agreed and we have had excellent after sales service.

I was slightly worried making a significant purchase from a smaller retailer - mainly because I was getting a better deal than going to Curry's and AO! Could it be too good to be true? No is the answer! I would 100% recommend Smiths, super job, super delivery, great TV. :-)
