A TV was purchased from Amazon via Smiths TV. The tv developed a fault but I had the 5 year extended warranty and I was only 27 months into it, I contacted Amazon and Samsung they pushed back and forth so I decided to contact Smiths TV, it has been 9 days now and they can't be bothered to respond, the email was sent on the 27th June and it is now the 5th July.
