I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he
cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same
details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.
My experience with Slater and Gordon was faultless, over the last five and a half years, I’ve wanted to pull out several times, but the perseverance and professionalism of Donna Rose, made my accident claim worthwhile. It was a lengthy process, however with lots of communication and everything sorted out for you, it became an easy process and the final stages were a relief, it’s really not as time consuming as you think and Donna stuck by me throughout, even when I was having a low couple of months and unsure whether to keep going with the claim. Thanks Donna, you’ve gonna above and beyond and we’ve both had a great outcome, your support and dedication has been amazing.

So far very good, but not yet completed. I’m supposed to have a number for identification, they’ve sent two but I think I should be the latest.. Ow waiting for results.
That other sites tell you in seconds if you have a claim so im testing you against the othe4s ive asked ,as some co.pany are getting the money but telling the customer they have o claim. But when we contacted the company the money had been paid out ,but not to the. Client. This is well known now what's happening
