lies, tricks, over charging, supervisors unavailable

We asked Norman on Fri July 11 for two business class tickets to Europe, both ways a transatlantic and an internal European flight. Saturday 1:30 pm he called that he can get the tickets w/o the 24 hrs cancellation, one suitcase of 23 kg, miles per economy. We paid $9310 only to find out that the tickets from Lufthansa were $7690 total. We were overcharged $1620. Skylux did not allow us to talk to a supervisor even though many times requested and many Skylux employees made many promises about us being contacted. They do not respect their customers and they are hiding from them. It is the second time Skylux scams us and disappear from the face of the earth.

August is great

August is great. Always provides very professional service, and this is the fourth ticket we have booked through him. I wish the rates offered by skylux for little bit more compatible. They are fairly close to what the direct airline website offers, so not much reduction as advertised.

I called Skylux and asked for Madison…

I called Skylux and asked for Madison K, I was told by Idris that she no longer works there and that he could help me. I called at 9:00am EST Madison K works PST. I then tried her extension later in my afternoon and was able to reach her and she was surprised to hear that another colleague would say that just to take a client. When I sent Idris an email letting him know that Madison K is indeed with skylux and had not left the organization as he had mentioned he responded back saying he never said that. I would not trust Idris at all especially with travel plans.
