Fraudulent Practices

On Oct 22, 2024 SkyLux scheduled my trip to Italy Reservation NLBFZD with Iberia Airlines. I paid $5054.42 for the flight, $919.58 for their Commission, $597.40 for Travel Insurance. On Oct 23, 2024 my bank denied payment to Iberia Airlines for security reasons. On Nov 7, 2024, Skylux rescheduled my trip on Finlandia, Reservation MG8WTV and received payment for the flight. The travel agent (Sylvester)informed me the previously paid commission, and travel insurance were transferred to the new reservation. In Mar 2025 my wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I notified Skylux that I have to cancel my trip. Documentation regarding her medical condition was requested and submitted. Several days later I received an email from an agent Haddid stating I have no travel insurance. Since Mar 2025 I have made numerous requests regarding this matter to no avail. I paid for travel insurance for a reservation that was changed by Skylux and through their error I have lost all monies.

Duke has helped me find good flights understanding my requirements and constraints. He is very good in communication. Always get responses asap even if it off hrs. He always took extra effort to make my booking experiences to be seamless. I really appreciate is effort and will defined recommend to my friends who wants have seamless experience in booking their travel.
